Northbound

Weather permitting, by the time you read this we'll have slipped the mooring lines after 5 weeks at Marina Costa Baja in La Paz, to head north to the islands in the Sea of Cortez.  If all goes according to plan (yeah, right), we'll be out there for at least 4 weeks before our next port-with-Internet access.  Meanwhile we may post short text messages via Skymate; we'll see how that goes.  Anyway our first destination is one or more of the assorted anchorages on Isla Espiritu Santo, which look like this:

Caleta Partida and its shoreline

El Cardoncito - pelican, flaps down  Bahia San Gabriel and The Fox 1

El Mezteno late p.m. 11-25-2008

El Cardoncito sunset 1

We'll keep in touch.
